1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdt12 platform and all its associated services. The rights and responsibilities of both the entity operating the bdt12 website (bdt12.cam) ("we", "Company") and the user ("you", "member") are set out in this document.

By accessing our site, opening an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using our site.

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply. Together, these documents form an integral part of our user agreement.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

To register and use services on the bdt12 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must operate the account in your own name as a valid and active individual.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You may have only one active bdt12 account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

bdt12 may request additional documents at any time to verify a user's age and identity. The Company reserves the right to restrict account activity until such documents are provided.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account at bdt12, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If any details you provided at registration change, please notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You will be personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• You may not allow third parties to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid passwords that are easy to guess.

3.3 KYC Verification

We follow KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Before your first withdrawal, or after a certain volume of transactions, a copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your identity. Completing this process is mandatory.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

You can deposit funds at bdt12 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• KYC verification on the account must be completed.
• The wagering requirement of any active bonus must be met (where applicable).
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (exceptions will be considered if the same method is not available).

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on bdt12 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not accepted.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will add a ৳6,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means the bonus amount can be withdrawn after placing bets ten times its value. Example: for a ৳6,000 bonus, a total of ৳60,000 must be wagered.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Not all games may contribute equally to bonus wagering — see the promotions page for details.
• The validity period of a bonus is generally 30 days; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The bdt12 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated every week and can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found (such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or strategically avoiding wagering), all bonuses and related winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed.

6Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games offered on bdt12 are developed by various reputable software providers and governed by their own rules. Games from all our partner providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe — use fair and verifiable random number generators (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game. Bets outside these limits are not permitted.

6.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption or loss of internet connection during a game, bdt12 will determine the outcome based on the last server record. The server record is considered final.

• bdt12 will not be liable for bets lost due to network issues.
• If any discrepancy is found in a game result, please notify the support team within 24 hours.

6.4 Live Casino

The rules of Evolution Gaming and Ezugi apply to live dealer games. In live games, the dealer's decision is final; video recordings will be reviewed in the event of a dispute regarding game conduct.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Providing false or incomplete personal information.
• Using hacking, software bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate the betting system.
• Attempting to interfere with the site's code or software in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.

8Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Company

bdt12 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• As required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
• Age or identity verification not completed.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed. If you voluntarily close your account for responsible gaming reasons, a specific evaluation process will be followed for reactivation.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 12 months or more. An applicable administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts, determined at the rate in effect at that time.

9Privacy and Security

• Service disruption due to causes beyond our control (force majeure).

In any circumstance, bdt12's total liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited by the user during the relevant period.

11Changes and Amendments

bdt12 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users in the following ways:

• Publishing a notice on the site's homepage or on this page.
• Sending a notification to the registered email address.
• Communicating important changes via live chat.

If you continue using the site after the changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.

Previous versions of the terms and conditions may be provided upon request. These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the highest authority.
